만드는 주체가 나머지를 정한다

  • • Framework가 만드는 Entry Spot에는 stable type이 없고, 만들기를 거절할 자리도 없다.
  • • Instance Spot에는 만드는 호출이 없다. 첫 메시지가 instance를 고르거나 만든 뒤 그 같은 메시지를 처리한다.
